Chris Mano is a visual artist and filmmaker from Little Rock, Arkansas who has lived or worked in Dallas, TX since 1994.
After studying Cinema and Theater Studies, he graduated from Southern Methodist University (98) and went on to be a film-worker, then producer & director with Quin Mathews Films for 11 years; telling stories of artists, museums, institutions, and entrepreneurs around the world.
His photography, mixed-media sculptures, and paintings make use of salvaged materials and found objects; reflecting his interests in graphic arts, craft/construction work and biblical themes.
As a filmmaker, Mano worked internationally on projects for institutions, broadcast radio & television as well as theatrical distribution but since 2015 has focused on telling stories of his local community in the Dallas area to be closer to his family.
He is married with five children and is the Film Director at Watermark Community Church.
